People often told his parents that they had done an excellent job of raising him, as he had good values, was well-mannered, polite, kind, and friendly. Robbie was a wisecracker, He was born and raised on the Chesapeake Bay where his grandfather was a commercial crabber. Robbie was well known for his love of Maryland crabs. He had to collect all the shells from everyone else, because according to him; “they never picked them right.”[...]

Helpful, courteous, Gentleman, devoted father From the time Luis was little, people commented about how helpful and mannerly he was. His teachers wrote notes on his report cards about how happy they were to have him in their class. After he passed away, neighbors said he would hold doors for them, or help them bring in groceries; always friendly and a gentleman.[...]

Fun-loving, easy-going, caring, loved the water Cory, as he was called by family and friends, grew up in Pasadena where he was raised by his mother Linda Fults. He has two sisters, Karen and Kristie.[...]

Cochran II and grew up with 10 brothers and sisters. He left high school after his junior year to work 30 years in masonry for a construction company. Lewis had three children and two stepchildren. She took tap dancing lessons, was a gifted piano player and was on the swim team. She loved sports and was very good at most of them, except soccer. Kind, creative, animal lover, political activist, volunteer. Jennifer grew up in Arnold with her loving parents and two brothers. She attended Archbishop Spaulding High School where she graduated in 1979. The following year she ran into a former classmate at a political demonstration and the two of them hit it off. That’s when she started dating Michele Scherer, a 1980 graduate of Archbishop Spaulding High School. The couple ended up spending the next 38 years together and eventually got married in 2011.[...]

He took things day-by-day and easily embraced whatever the day brought. He didn’t stress over small things and calmed others by his easy approach to life. He was an active member of the Boy Scouts while growing up, as well. Meanwhile, he learned how to work on engines of old cars and trucks and was pretty talented at it. [...]

Great Dad, wonderful brother, Great friend, mom’s first love Brian was a good looking, charming, sweet and loving man. He loved the outdoors, often camping in the woods, with just a tent and backpack, sometimes with his daughter. He was a very affectionate dad and took the time to teach her things. His mom was very proud of the father he became. He was also a loving big brother to Jason; they were extremely close. Jason now “has a hole in his heart without his brother in his life.”[...]

She truly cared about everyone, particularly those with addiction issues, who she took under her wing, trying to make things easier for them.[...]

One friend said: “He dedicated more of his time and effort to those in need, more than anyone else I have ever met in my life. Selfless was an understatement for describing Zach.”[...]

She was selected as an honors cohort for a scholar program at a local community college where she earned her Associates Degree. She then attended UMBC with a major in Ancient Studies. She was enjoyed sports from the time she was four and played year round through her high school years. Her passion was for basketball and that’s where she excelled.[...]

Outgoing, enjoyed sports, loved children & family Matthew had a lot of friends and loved making people laugh. Jennifer described his sense of humor as South Park, Family Guy, or Adam Sandler. The younger children that came to see him for haircuts called him Mr. Matt. He loved them because they were so innocent.[...]

Artistic, creative, kind, Gentle soul, loved his family Even as a young child, Hunter stood out; he didn’t follow the crowd. He tried to be friends with everyone and often took the underdog under his wing. He was a kind, smart and gentle person and many people have related to his family how much he contributed to their lives in a positive way.[...]

Loving, Kind, Caring, Generous, Fun-loving, Charming, Adventurer Dave was born in Hawaii and lived there until he was eight. He was happy, energetic and full of life and it was hard to keep up with him. He taught himself to swim before he was two and loved being outdoors in nature. There were no worries with his academics; he just did what he was supposed to, never having to be asked to do homework. He liked sports, and particularly excelled at soccer. He always reached out to people who needed a friend; a kid at school who didn’t have other friends, people he just met, and to a homeless man during his class trip to Washington, D.C. He didn’t have any inhibitions about people, he loved everyone and wanted to engage with them and provide encouragement.[...]

Quiet, musically talented, people pleaser, best friend. Matt excelled in music in school. He played the violin, clarinet, piano and guitar. He was in the school marching band, but his real love was his “garage band,” that he enjoyed with some school buddies.[...]

Beautiful runner, hands-on father, zest for life, full of humor, caring. Ryan was always a bundle of energy. He became a track and cross-country natural athlete at Northeast High School and later at Howard Community College where he received many accolades.
